How do I place an order?

You can place an order by contacting me on social media, or filling out an online commission request form on my weblink available on Facebook and Instagram. Once we discuss your idea, I’ll confirm the details and send payment information.

Do you take deposits?

No, I take full payment upfront. This allows me to cover the yarn and materials needed for your order. Commission requests themselves are free; payment is only required when you’re ready to go ahead.

How long will my order take?

Completion times vary depending on:

the size of your item
how many orders I currently have
the date you need it by

I don’t charge by the hour and I don’t time myself, I work with estimated timeframes and will always let you know if I don’t have availability for a specific deadline.

Do you accept rush orders?

Yes, but rush orders may cost more depending on the timeframe. This is simply due to the extra time and workload required to complete them faster.

Why have prices changed?

Yarn and material costs have increased, and my new prices reflect this. I aim to keep my prices fair for both you and myself, and I plan to keep this price list stable for the foreseeable future.

What is the price range?

My pieces are usually £45 or under, unless:

it’s a rush order
the item is personalised
multiple items are requested
the design requires additional materials or detailing

Is everything really handmade?

Yes! Every item is handmade by me, no machines, no mass production. This is slow fashion: thoughtful, detailed, and made with care, patience, and love.

Can I request custom or personalised items?

Absolutely. Custom colours, sizes, themes, and personal touches are all welcome. We’ll discuss your idea together before confirming your order.

How do I care for my crochet item?

This varies by yarn, but as a general rule:

Hand wash or gentle cycle
Use cool water
Lay flat to dry
Avoid harsh detergents and tumble drying

Do you accept returns or refunds?

Because everything is handmade to order, I typically cannot accept returns. However, if there is any issue with your item, please message me, I’m always happy to help find a solution.

Do you ship your items?

No, I currently do not offer shipping. Orders are collected in person or delivered locally when arranged.

Can I see yarn options before ordering?

Yes! I can send photos of available yarn colours and textures so you can choose exactly what you like.
